How to Return a Product

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and approve eligible returns. You'll receive return instructions via email.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

• Pack item securely in original packaging
• Include order invoice/packing slip
• Schedule pickup (for defective items) or ship to our address

Once we receive and inspect the product (2-3 business days), we'll process your refund or send exchange within 5-7 business days.

We currently process exchanges as returns + new orders:

1. Return the original product following return process
2. Place a new order for desired product/size
3. Refund will be processed separately
4. Or contact us for direct exchange assistance

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food and treats cannot be returned unless defective or contaminated.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective products, we arrange free pickup. For other returns, customer bears return shipping cost.

Can I exchange for different size?
